OmniChat API provides a model-agnostic platform for interacting with multiple AI models through a single, unified interface. Our service allows users to interact with various AI language models including but not limited to Open AI, Deepseek, and Gemini.

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Protect your account credentials from unauthorized use

Use of the OmniChat API is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions. We reserve the right to impose or modify these limits at any time. Circumventing these limitations may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to submit any content that:

- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
- Contains software viruses or any other harmful code
- Attempts to manipulate or exploit vulnerabilities in our systems
6. Third-Party AI Models
OmniChat API integrates with third-party AI models. While we strive to ensure the quality and reliability of these integrations, we are not responsible for:
- The accuracy or completeness of responses generated by these models
- Downtime or service interruptions caused by third-party providers
- Changes to third-party APIs that may affect our service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of OmniChat API, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and code, are owned by Spannings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SPANNINGS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in King County, Washington.
